We produce and sell Korean traditional sauce like soybean paste, soy sauce, hot pepper paste that are aged for more than 1 years using traditional methods. Soybean fermented from rooms built with ocher. We have been paying special attention to the quality of our products and have received various certifications such as Traditional Food Quality Certification, organic processed foods certification, HACCP, FSSC22000 reserves. Soybean Paste
  • Name of the product : 4 Siblings' Germinated Brown Rice Bean Paste (Korean : Sanamme Balahyeonmi Doinjang)
  • Product details : It is a result of our effort of bringing changes into traditional soybean paste which is usually much saltier
    than other soybean paste in market. We reduced saltiness and added sweetness by putting germinated brown rice in a block of
    fermented soybean so that the product can satisfy the appetite of the young people too. Only domestic and quality-guaranteed
    ingredients are used. Customers can enjoy the less salty and sweeter Soybean paste soup. This product was awarded the Minister
    of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award in December 2011 and the Governor Award at IFFE in October, 2013.
    We obtained a patent on this product in 2014.
Cheonggukjang
  • Name of the product : 4 Siblings' Country Fermented Soybeans (Korean : Sanamme Sigol Cheonggukjang)
  • Product details : Made from Korean traditional way. Fully beans and dried sea salt. Mild salty, Deep-and-complex umami taste.
    Less smells due to our special zymotechnics. Certified 2010. Traditional Food Quality Certification.
